Monthly Minimums
Phytest doesn’t charge upfront implementation or integration fees.
Instead, we use a simple monthly platform fee, agreed upon with our sales team. That fee covers everything it takes to get you running — implementation, integrations, contact management, clearinghouse enrollment, fax, mail, phone setup, and more.
Collection Fees
This is the percentage fee applied whenever Phytest collects a payer or patient reimbursement on behalf of your in-house lab.
Pass Through Fees
Phytest doesn’t mark up or cover credit card processing costs. We simply pass along the fee at the negotiated rate we’ve secured — no add-ons, no surprises.
